Tiger`s Jump into First
The Welland Minor Atom “A” Shadow Auto Tigers improved to 21-3-1 in divisional play this past weekend with wins over West Niagara on Saturday and Niagara Falls on Sunday. The victories vaulted the Tiger`s into first place over the Dunnville Mudcats whom they have 2 remaining games against.
The Tigers defeated the West Niagara Flying Aces 6-3 in front of their home crowd Saturday afternoon. Jackson Gallagher-Temple got the win in net. The Tiger`s offence was led by Jordan Hotham with 2G and 1A, Ethan Rousseau, Dylan Wood and Liam Seguin each with 1G and 1A, Blake Hudak with 1G and Antonio Mete and Basil Garofalo each with 1A.
The Tigers defeated the Niagara Falls Flyers 7-2 on the road Sunday evening. Thomas Russell got the win in net. The Tiger`s offence was led by Jordan Hotham with 2G and 1A, Dylan Wood with 2G, Ethan Rousseau with 1G and 1A, and Brayden Farr and Liam Seguin each with 1G.
